This role provides strong administrative support to the Key Accounts Department and our sales team in driving sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. This role is based at our Head office in Dandenong South.

Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Compiling monthly and quarterly national and international customer reports
  • Assisting with the creation of customer presentations, proposals and agreements
  • Maintenance of pricing and customer data through SAP
  • Processing requests relating to Key Accounts from our sales force and customers
  • Assisting with Key Account management related activities,
  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong Administrative skills and experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, advanced level of Excel and previous experience with SAP will be advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a "can do attitude”
  • High degree of professional integrity and confidentiality
  • An ability to prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to work as part of a team
