We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Administrator to join our Product Support team based in Dandenong South. You will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our sales force and customers, providing guidance and assistance with product-related inquiries.
Reporting to the Head of Product, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st Tier phone support to sales staff and customers in regards to all Wurth Australia products and systems
- Escalating issues to senior team members for more detailed analysis and troubleshooting as required
- Assist sales representatives and internal sales teams to navigate their relevant sales tools, ensuring accurate technical information is communicated
- Supporting the Product Team and internal stakeholders in identifying technical issues, collecting supporting measurements, evidence and data and assisting in providing satisfactory outcomes to reported product issues and queries
- Supporting the Tool Repair team in processing quotes and invoicing as required
- Processing product report replacements, credits and advisory reports
- Assisting in general Ad-hoc Product Support duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and analysing queries over the phone
- Previous experience in a customer service and / or similar role will be highly regarded
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- The ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
