Ready to break into the mining sector with a global leader? Wurth Australia is looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our Mining Division as a Sales Representative servicing major clients across the Pilbara.

This is your chance to step into a high-impact FIFO sales role with a globally respected company, supplying tools, fasteners, consumables, and inventory management solutions to Australia’s largest mining operations and communities. If you’ve got experience in the industrial, construction, mechanical or trade-based sectors – and you're ready for a challenge – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • FIFO out of Perth to the Pilbara (Port Hedland, Karratha, Newman)

  • Flexible swing options: 2:1 or 8:6

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing mining and industrial customers by visiting them on a regular call cycle.

  • Actively Promote and Provide product support and solutions across our consumables, fasteners, and workshop essentials.

  • Build trusted relationships with key clients in the field

  • Collaborate with our WA based team and wider national support network to ensure best service is provided to our clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrable understanding of the industrial, construction, mechanical, or trade industries

  • A natural communicator who builds relationships with ease

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously

  • Confidence working in dynamic, remote, or site-based environments

  • A current full driver’s licence

  • Be Comfortable with a hands-on, involved position – you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
