Introduction for position

We are looking for a skilled and professional PingFederate, PingDirectory and PingID Specialist to complete our international working IAM Team to support and develop our access management (AM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Ping Identity solutions and a proven track record of integrating applications into a Ping Identity environment. This role will involve technical planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operation and development for the upcoming IAM demands in our environment. 

Your tasks

• Provide operational support for PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingID systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, directory services, and identity management.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize identity solutions.
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Your profile

• Professional working proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with **PingFederate, PingDirectory and PingID.**
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of security, network, AuthN and AuthZ protocols and their best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in PingFederate, PingDirectory, or PingID.
• Experience with other IAM and IDM solutions and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, Google).
