Introduction for position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales business processes, SAP SD configuration, and project leadership & must be a team player. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SD solutions for our clients, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.

Your tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• SD Configuration and Customization:
• Design, configure, and customize SAP SD solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for sales business processes using SAP SD.
• Business Process Analysis:
• Analyze and understand client business processes and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the sales business scope.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for SD solutions.
• Implement SD modules, business solutions as per client requirement, pricing, credit management, consignment, output management & EDI interfaces
• Testing and Validation:
• Develop test plans and conduct system testing to ensure quality and accuracy of SD solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-implementation phases.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users on sales functionalities and best practices.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing their sales-related needs and concerns.

Your profile

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of sales business processes and best practices. 
• Should have worked on at least couple of Implementations/Roll outs

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP SD configuration and customization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, EWM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging is a plus.
