Introduction for position
The SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Consultant is responsible for supporting implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules. The role requires strong functional knowledge, execution capability, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to independently handle structured operational and configuration tasks aligned with business requirements and organizational standards.
Your tasks
Key Responsibilities
SAP SuccessFactors Responsibilities
- Support implementation/rollout and enhancement activities for SAP SuccessFactors modules such as:

- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goal Management
- People Analytics / Reporting
- Perform configuration activities including: Business Rules

- Workflows
- Foundation Objects
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- MDF Objects
- Picklists and Templates
- Participate in solution discussions with business stakeholders.
- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Assist in integration support, reporting, and system validation activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Provide support for L2/L3 support activities, incident handling, and issue resolution within defined SLAs.
SAP HCM Responsibilities
- Support SAP HCM operational and support activities across modules such as:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Support configuration changes, testing, and process enhancements.
- Assist in rollout activities, system support, and business process execution.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue analysis and resolution.
Your profile
Required Skills
Functional Skills
- Number of rollouts/projects handled in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (minimum 2–3 project experience preferred)
- Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM business processes.
- Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes and employee data management.
- Familiarity with implementation and support methodologies.
- Understanding of reporting and analytics concepts.
Technical / System Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors configuration knowledge
- SAP HCM process understanding
- Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, MDF
- Data upload and validation activities
- Testing and defect management
- MS Excel, documentation, and reporting tools

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM.
- SAP certification is preferred.
