For our IT System and Service Management Solutions department, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and excellence-driven Executive Assistant to support the department’s management team in both strategic and day-to-day operational activities.
The successful candidate will play a central role within the department, acting as a key liaison between management, technical teams, and internal and external stakeholders across the Würth Group. This position will actively contribute to the department’s operational efficiency and the coordination of activities within a dynamic and international IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support department management in the daily coordination of organizational and operational activities.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, international meetings, workshops, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders across the Würth Group.
  • Organize business trips, events, team meetings, and departmental activities.
  • Prepare presentations, management reports, meeting minutes, and documentation supporting IT projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities.
  • Facilitate communication between management, technical teams, business functions, and international counterparts within the Würth Group.
  • Support the coordination of initiatives related to IT services, Service Management processes, and digital transformation projects.
  • Manage professional correspondence and communication fluently in Italian, German, and English.
  • Maintain and update departmental documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality information management.
  • Contribute to the optimization of organizational, administrative, and communication processes within the department.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent command of Italian, German, and English (C1/C2 level).
  • High level of self-motivation and outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in complex and fast-changing environments.
  • Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service-oriented approach.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks even under significant workload pressure.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Interest in IT-related topics and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and managerial teams.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a comparable role within an international environment.
