We are looking for a consultant who will be responsible for the co-design of our sales processes, as well as the rollout and integration of our SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience) within the companies of the Würth Group.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and co-design of our sales processes with a focus on CRM and CX processes as the main interface between business departments, product development, and customers
- Supporting the design and implementation of solutions by gathering and preparing user requirements and assisting with their technical realization
- Rollout and integration of our SAP system landscape (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience) across the companies of the Würth Group
- Continuous development and standardization of group-wide business processes
- Planning, coordination, and support in test management, as well as ensuring quality standards
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science, or a comparable IT qualification, along with at least 3 years of experience in SAP CRM, SAP Sales and Service, or a similar environment
- Goal-oriented and self-reliant working style with strong analytical skills as well as a pronounced team and customer focus
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of German and English
- Solid knowledge of ABAP (debugging) and/or modern technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, SQL, etc.)
- Ideally, experience in global SAP projects
