Introduction for position
The Team Leader – SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of global SAP SuccessFactors and HCM implementations and rollouts across the Würth Group. The role combines deep SAP SuccessFactors and HCM expertise with project leadership capabilities to ensure successful execution of global transformation initiatives, technical solution delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The incumbent will act as the primary technical authority for HR IT projects and provide leadership across multiple global implementations, ensuring adherence to standards, quality, timelines, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Global Rollout Leadership

- Lead and coordinate global SAP SuccessFactors rollout projects across multiple countries and business units in a hybrid system landscape
- Manage end-to-end implementation activities from project initiation through hyper care and support transition.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Responsible for deployment planning, cutover activities, risk management, and issue resolution.
SAP SuccessFactors Technical Leadership
- Serve as the technical lead for SAP SuccessFactors solutions including:

- Personnel Administration (PA) – HCM
- Organizational Management (OM) - HCM
- Data Replication between SuccessFactors and On Premise systems
- Employee Central (EC)
- Onboarding (ONB)
- Recruiting (RCM)
- SAP CPI/BTP Integrations
- Business Rules and Workflows
- MDF Objects
- Security and Role-Based Permissions
- Define technical architecture and implementation standards.
- Review solution designs and ensure compliance with global templates and best practices. (Rollout factory)
- Drive technical troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and quality.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with internal and external delivery teams across multiple time zones.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers.
- Responsible for resource planning, workload management, and capability development.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary technical contact for business stakeholders, project sponsors, and global program teams.
- Facilitate workshops, solution discussions, and steering committee updates.
- Build strong relationships with regional and global HR and IT teams.
Operational Excellence

- Support incident management and problem resolution for SuccessFactors and HCM solutions.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and standardization initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic roadmap planning and continuous enhancement activities.
Your profile
Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, HR or related field.
- Experience
- 10+ years of overall SAP HR / HCM experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and HCM experience.
- Proven experience leading global rollout programs.
- Experience managing distributed international project teams.
- Experience working in consulting or global IT delivery organizations.
- Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) - HCM
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of Onboarding and Recruiting modules.
- Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Strong understanding of Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, and Security concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.
- Familiarity with test automation and deployment management is desirable.
