The Field Sales Trainer plays a critical role in supporting the Academy team with formulating strategies, enhancing sales skills and enabling the business to achieve sales targets across all divisions. This role is based at our Head Office in Dandenong, with extensive travel across Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Wurth Australia Academy, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making high volume outbound calls to existing customers generating orders and being the trusted first point of contact
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and grow the customer base
  • Order processing and minute visit reports
  • Managing customer related requests
  • Database management

Key to your success:

  • Proven Sales training experience
  • Strong and effective coaching and training skills
  • Experience in facilitation, designing training materials, programs and building capability across sales teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel interstate regularly
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • An Insights accreditation would be highly regarded but not essential
