This role is based at our Head Office in Dandenong and involves extensive travel across Australia.

As a Product Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Learning & Development Department. You will help shape training strategies, to identify and deliver training and coaching initiatives to the sales force across the Metal and Construction Divisions, empowering them to achieve growth and long-term success.
Reporting to the Head of Wurth Australia Academy, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop detailed strategies to align product training with market and business needs
- Design and deliver training programs that drive turnover and profitability for new and existing products
- Regular travel days with the sales force to provide hands-on product training
- Create national product training modules to support consistent learning outcomes
- Attend regular sales meetings to support Sales Managers
Key to your success:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Trade Qualified or Experience in the Metal or Construction industry
- Flexible to travel interstate regularly
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver effective in person or online product-based training
