We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our Automotive Division team in Perth, selling our extensive product range of tools, fasteners and consumables. No experience required – we will provide the training and support you need to succeed. This role may require some overnight travel.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working Monday to Friday in a fully field-based role, visiting 15+ customers daily across your designated territory
• Maintaining and growing an established customer base
• Actively seeking new business opportunities
• Building strong working relationships and rapport with customers
• Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries
• Working to sales and customer KPIs

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A Full driver’s license

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
• The ability to work autonomously, be highly organised and self-motivated
• The willingness to learn and desire to succeed
• Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
