We are seeking a self‑motivated, team‑oriented, organised and friendly individual with a genuine passion for recruitment to join our energetic team based at our State-of‑the‑art head office in Dandenong South.

As a highly skilled recruiter with minimum 5 years’ experience, you will be reporting to the Head of Recruitment, working collaboratively with hiring Managers to manage high‑volume recruitment, servicing all business units but will have a strong focus on recruiting for our on-road sales force. 

About the Role:

  • End-to-end recruitment across high-volume, sales-focused roles
  • Liaising with managers to gather all job requirements for vacant positions
  • Collating and screening all resumes and providing shortlisted candidates to line managers
  • Conducting phone based and face to face interviews as required
  • Managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience
  • Provide recruitment advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Head of Recruitment on employer branding initiatives.
  • Contributing to recruitment projects, process improvements, and talent initiatives

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in fast‑paced agency or in‑house recruitment environments, ideally with experience recruiting sales talent.
  • Full knowledge and experience in end-to-end recruitment functions
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, and SuccessFactors is desirable
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders
  • Adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced environment responding quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
