Introduction for position

For our international Würth Lifecycle Management (WLM) team, based on the Atlassian ecosystem, we are looking for a Business Product Consultant. The team operates according to a model that integrates Agile/Scrum and product thinking with Service Management principles (ITIL/ITSM), with the goal of building scalable, stable, and continuously evolving solutions.

In this context, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating global rollouts and implementations, supporting the adoption of solutions among our Business Partners, and acting as a link between business, product teams, and IT services throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the initial phase through stabilization.

Your tasks

• Coordinate and manage WLM and Align ITSM rollouts and projects end-to-end
• Manage project activities, ensuring proper planning, execution, and monitoring
• Plan milestones, activities, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Support the development of scalable rollout models
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and business partners
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for internal teams
• Prepare documentation and training materials, and support onboarding and change management activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owner, Support, and IT) to ensure alignment
• Monitor risks and issues, ensuring a smooth transition to stabilization and long-term adoption

Your profile

• Degree in business, management, or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Interest in digital solutions, IT systems, and business processes
• Previous experience in project, implementation, or coordination environments
• Strong ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English

     Nice to have:

• Experience in rollout or digital solution implementation projects
• Background in roles involving interaction with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Service Management frameworks (ITSM) or ITIL principles
• Knowledge of German
