Our innovative and constantly growing company is looking for IT Monitoring Solution Engineer to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and configuring our NetEye solutions to meet client specifications
• Designing network infrastructure (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router)
• Key user training
• Working closely together with the R&D department as well as with the support team to guarantee a continuous knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Experience-based knowledge in System and Network monitoring and management
• Skilled in troubleshooting/incident management
• Experience-based knowledge with IT System Administration of Linux-based systems
• Knowledge of Bash and PowerShell scripting
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Fluency in German (mother tongue), good English & Italian language skills
• Experience-based knowledge of Elastic stack, Python, Ansible and Kubernetes will be a plus
