To strengthen our Process Automation Development Team, we are looking for a Team Lead with experience in software development and a strong leadership mindset, with a particular interest in low-code solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform. The selected candidate will lead an international team and contribute to the development of scalable automation solutions for the Würth Group.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and mentor an international team of Power Platform developers located across Europe and the USA;
  • Define and maintain development standards, guidelines, and best practices for low-code/no-code solutions;
  • Organize and manage agile processes (Scrum) and oversee the entire application lifecycle;
  • Design and implement innovative business process automation solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions;
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and performance of developed solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education, or proven experience in software development;
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development, including experience in technical or project coordination roles;
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud services (Azure or Microsoft 365);
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in international teams;
  • Knowledge of the Italian language;
  • Strong interest in process automation and continuous improvement;
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing internationally distributed teams;
  • Familiarity with advanced low-code/no-code technologies;
  • Knowledge of the German language;
  • Experience in complex enterprise environments.
