To strengthen our Process Automation Development Team, we are looking for a Team Lead with experience in software development and a strong leadership mindset, with a particular interest in low-code solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform. The selected candidate will lead an international team and contribute to the development of scalable automation solutions for the Würth Group.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and mentor an international team of Power Platform developers located across Europe and the USA;
- Define and maintain development standards, guidelines, and best practices for low-code/no-code solutions;
- Organize and manage agile processes (Scrum) and oversee the entire application lifecycle;
- Design and implement innovative business process automation solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions;
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and performance of developed solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education, or proven experience in software development;
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, including experience in technical or project coordination roles;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.);
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud services (Azure or Microsoft 365);
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices;
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in international teams;
- Knowledge of the Italian language;
- Strong interest in process automation and continuous improvement;
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing internationally distributed teams;
- Familiarity with advanced low-code/no-code technologies;
- Knowledge of the German language;
- Experience in complex enterprise environments.
